What makes a good thriller?
Due to my own knowledge and
viewings of thrillers, a good thriller is made up of many different aspects,
such as main and complex characters (which keeps the audience questioning what
a character will do throughout the film), key questioning of the film (which
keeps the audience on the edge of their seats), tension and suspense (a build
up of tension and suspense helps the audience start asking questions about the
film), not giving too much away to the audience (which keeps the audience
watching the film throughout its duration) and realistic settings (which create
a sense of realism in the film).
